WSC Trigger Warnings are a great way of reminding clients not to do something. It's a way to enforce your security policy. You configure trigger words in the WSC UI. When any of these words are typed by clients in the ticket reply box. A warning banner is displayed. If the client removes the trigger word, the warning disappears.
In our example, our trigger words are "root" and "password". Our warning reminds the client not to add any confidential information to the ticket in plain text and instead, use the WSC credentials form. The language and text in the banner can be customized in the WSC language files. Trigger warnings are includes in all WSC Pro licenses.
With other support modules for WHMCS, they use a shared key to encrypt data or no key at all. The problem with using the same key for every user is if the module developer is hacked

Great Module that bridges the gap left by WHMCS in relation to customers submitting passwords on tickets. This module offers an additional level of security and confidence to end users while submitting their passwords. Excellent Support Team for the module who respond to Tickets immediately or within a few hours tops. An additional compliment is that even the Free Version of the module which I am using at the moment works like a charm and the latest version of the Module - Version 1.5 compatible with WHMCS Version 8.0 deploys the module to even custom modules by itself which is really helpful as it saves a lot of time and effort of our Development Team!
Bought FREE and then upgraded to Pro for the extra features. Had a couple of problems but was sorted by Dale. Working really well and well executed in the backend when reading tickets. Highly recommended.
I was using the free version and I received a 50% off discount code for the pro version. Pro is much better and has far more features. The free version is very restrictive but does the job for hosts who i think the module was originally build for. With pro you can change the form fields to collect any type of details from your users. Neat but expensive at full price.
